“Man Sang provides a comprehensive range of printing and packaging solutions for customers. We are also engaged in stationery and direct mailing for marketing purpose. Man Sang and affiliate Veb Company Ltd have been long-time supporters of Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair, having exhibited here for 10 years. This fair has expanded progressively over the years covering a greater variety of businesses from raw materials to equipment as well as printing and packaging solutions. It serves as a solid platform to promote us as a reliable business partner offering superior services in printing and paper packaging. We can always find new customers here on a global basis. This year, we highlight our eco-friendly paper packaging initiatives to cope with the growing market trend and the response has been positive. HKTDC has done a great job taking care of everything for exhibitors and buyers. The timing is perfect to meet buyers’ sourcing demand. This is a unique fair for the industry and has the potential to grow bigger in the future.”

“In business since 1967, Advance Label specialises in printing adhesive labels for different industries. We’ve been participating in Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair for 10 years and found it an effective platform to get new buyers and grow business. We can always secure at least three or four new customers every year to bring in additional revenue. The exhibition results have been encouraging over the decade. We are showcasing our great variety of labels, stickers and small-sized packaging boxes again this year. Many buyers have shown particularly strong interest in peel & read labels, probably because of stricter rules on trade descriptions across the globe. POP stickers are also in demand. We’ve met with a number of local and overseas buyers including companies from Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, USA and Asia. Further negotiation will be underway and I expect to receive some orders within one month. In general, about 15-20% of new business can be attributed to business contacts made during the exhibition. This fair has been well established in the industry and HKTDC is a good partner to work with."
Jonathon Chan, Sales Manager, Advance Label Ltd., Hong Kong Kong (Booth no. 3-C17 )

“Zund is a well-known Swiss brand of multifunctional digital cutting systems for various business and industrial applications including packaging, advertising, textile and leather products. We’ve been exhibiting here and growing together with Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair over the last decade. This is a major trade event for us every year to present our cutting systems, meet existing customers and acquire new clients. We continue to see a good concentration of professional buyers and exhibitors gathering here to explore business opportunities. Besides buyers from different places of the world, many exhibitors joining the fair here are also our target customers, so this is a good place to facilitate our business development. We witness strong demand for our cutting systems especially from the packaging and advertising fields while business in the Chinese mainland is obviously increasing. HKTDC has been providing great support over
the years to make it a well-organised exhibition.”
Alex Cheung, Area Manager, Zund Asia Ltd., Hong Kong (Booth no. 6-E02 )

“Oriental Aroma is a manufacturer of spa products under the brand of Donna Chang in Thailand. We operate 25 retail shops across the country and also export our products to different markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, the Chinese mainland and the Middle East. I am visiting this fair for the first time to source packaging boxes. This is an impressive fair showcasing some interesting technologies for printing and packaging. The suppliers are providing flexibility in minimum order quantity with competitive pricing and high quality. I’ve established contacts with three to five potential suppliers from the Chinese mainland. We will send our design to them and look into the details of quality. We aim to finalise agreements with one or two of them. The amount of initial orders will be about US$100,000. This trip proved to be rewarding.”
Surasith Chaipiyawutirux, Marketing Director, Oriental Aroma Co., Ltd., Thailand
“Thumbprints is one of the leading printing and packaging companies in Malaysia and we are adopting more eco-friendly practices to grow our business. This is my first visit to Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair to find new technology solutions. I’ve identified two Hong Kong exhibitors providing RFID tags with the potential for business development. We will discuss further about adapting the design to suit our specific requirements. I’ve found another Hong Kong supplier for paper bag handles and will definitely place order after further negotiation. I am also in touch with three other exhibitors for wine boxes and paper craft products. This is a very good fair with a lot of offerings. The business matching meeting arranged by the organiser has been very useful and informative.”
Lim Chee Yoong, Executive Director, Thumbprints Utd Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia
